Podgorica beat GGD Šenčur to get back on the winning track

Podgorica have scored their 3rd win of the season as they defeated GGD Šenčur in Round 7.
The boys coached by Nebojša Bogavac have managed to recover from that shocking defeat against TFT Skopje in the previous round and to finish this 3rd regular season tournament with a very important win.
Podgorica have had a double-digit lead during most of the match, while even though GGD Šenčur reduced the gap to 7 points with less than 2 minutes remaining on the game clock, the blue-and-white team immediately answered back by making 4 points in a row to get back on a double-digit lead and to definitely seal their win today.
Podgorica now have the overall score of 3-4 and they are just a win away from the Top 8 zone, which means that they still have pretty good chances to repeat the success from two years ago when they reached the NLB ABA League 2 Playoffs stage.
On the other side, GGD Šenčur are still winless in the ongoing season as they have lost all 7 games so far in the 2022/23 NLB ABA League 2 campaign.
