The opening of the Široki Brijeg Regular Season Tournament will be marked by a World Down Syndrome Day thanks to the social-responsibility project “More alike than different” in the cooperation of the ABA League j.t.d. and the NLB Group.
The ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has, in its extraordinary session, held on 11 March 2022 through the Zoom application, precisely analysed the options regarding the calendar of the Regular Season and the Playoffs for the 2021/22 season, taking into account the number of previously postponed games due to Covid-19 pandemic and extremely complex situation with the obligations of the clubs.

The fourth tournament of the Regular Season in the 2021/22 ABA League 2 season, where 8th, 9th, and 10th round games will be played, and that should take place between 17 and 23 January, has been postponed.
In the 2021/22 season, the ABA League 2 will be composed of 14 participating teams.

In accordance with the current epidemological situation, it has been determined that ABA League 2 will be played in new competition format and new calendar in the 2020/21 season.
The ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has, on 23 July 2020, in a continuation of the Assembly, that took place on 16 July 2020, analysed the current situation, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and decided for the beginning of the 2020/21 season, to be rescheduled to 3 October 2020.
ABA League j.t.d. Assembly, that has taken place remotely on 29 June 2020, has made a series of decisions with a goal of further strengthening and development of the competition.
