Jahorina Pale made history this week by scoring their first ever win in ABA League 2, defeating one of the league’s biggest names — Mornar-Barsko zlato - 91:77 in their home debut.
It was a truly special night for the hosts, as the fans witnessed their team not only play their first home game in the competition, but also celebrate it with a victory against a side that has a rich ABA League history. Mornar-Barsko zlato, a team that reached the ABA League 1 semi-finals in the past, came as the favorite, but Jahorina Pale had other plans.
The home team played an inspired first half, showing no signs of nervousness on their historic night. They poured in 53 points by halftime, building a double-digit lead that would prove decisive.
