Official announcement regarding the referees’ decisions in the Round 2 Sutjeska Elektroprivreda – MZT Skopje Aerodrom game
The ABA League Referees Commission has evaluated the referees’ decisions during the Round 2 game between Sutjeska Elektroprivreda and MZT Skopje Aerodrom, according to the official FIBA Basketball Rules and reached the conclusions below.

The ABA League Referees Commission clarifies two situations that emerged in the final 2 minutes of the game.
With 1:22 left until the end of the 4th quarter, after the execution of the second (last) free throw by the Sutjeska Elektroprivreda player with number 5 on his jersey Miljanić, the ball bounced from the rim into the air and still has a chance to enter the bucket, when the MZT Skopje Aerodrom player with number 26 on his jersey, Gill, moved the rim with his arm. The referees have awarded 2 points for the Sutjeska Elektroprivreda, which was wrong. 1 point should have been awarded, since the violation of interfering with the ball occurred during a free throw attempt.
With 1:00 left in the 4th quarter, Sutjeska Elektroprivreda player with number 19 on his jersey, Tadić, gained possession of the ball in the frontcourt, after which he stepped into the backcourt while holding the ball. The referees failed to call a backcourt violation.
