Vojvodina mts prevail over Rabotnički Skopje in overtime
Vojvodina mts have finished the group stage of the 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 regular season with a road win vs. Rabotnički Skopje. The Novi Sad crew have claimed the 1st place in Group B, with the overall score of 5-1.

Vojvodina mts have finished the group stage of the 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 regular season with a road win vs. Rabotnički Skopje.
The Novi Sad crew have claimed the 1st place in Group B, with the overall score of 5-1, while on the other side Rabotnički Skopje remained the only winless team in this group as they finished their 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 campaign with the overall score of 0-6.
Vojvodina mts arrived in Skopje without several first team players as they knew even before this game that they have already claimed the top spot in the group and therefore the ticket for the Top 8 stage. Yet, the red-and-whites still wanted to end their regular season campaign with a win and they succeeded in that mission after defeating their hosts in the overtime thriller.
The Novi Sad troops entered the final minute of overtime up by 1 point – 71:70, while then Boško Bumbić made the key lay-up to increase the lead of his team to 73:70. On the other side of the court, Viktor Efremovski missed his 2-point shot, while Vojvodina mts secured a defensive rebound. In the rest of the match, Stefan Savić made 1 free throw to make the final score – 74:70.
Rabotnički Skopje missed their biggest chance to win this match in the final seconds of the 4th quarter, at the score of 64:64. Nemanja Kapetanović pulled up for a 3-pointer, but his shot did not go through the basket and the game went into overtime.
