The first half was a close game, Kansai Helios Domžale opened up the game better holding an 11-point lead in the first quarter. The two teams went into the halftime break tied up at 42. In the third quarter, the hosts ran away with the lead, they outscored the Slovenian squad 16:8 in the period to take a lead which they would not give up until the end of the game.
Dušan Kutlešić was the top performer for the hosts in the win, he finished the night with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and a 26 valuation. Blaž Mahković was the top scorer for Kansai Helios Suns with 17 points.
