ABA League Round 20, Saturday, 6 March 2021:

FMP - IGOKEA

Where? FMP Arena, Belgrade

When? 13:00

Story of the game: In the opening clash of the ABA League Round 20, FMP are set to host Igokea at home in FMP Arena in Belgrade.
Two teams with completely different stories will meet in Belgrade, but they have one thing in common – in order to achieve their goals set for this season, they need to win on Saturday afternoon.

Igokea are having an excellent season so far in the ABA League, as they are still firmly placed in the Playoffs race, with the 14:4 record. They need to win in order to keep things that way. On the other side, FMP are currently on a 6:11 record and they need to win to move away from the danger zone near the bottom of the ABA League standings, where Borac is currently placed with 4 wins in their pockets.

Currently, both teams are in a good shape, with FMP having won 3 of their last 5 games in the ABA League and Igokea having won 4 of their last five.

However, FMP have won their last game, while Igokea have been defeated. Will the streaks continue or end, as Panthers will be hosting Laktaši side?

Match-up in focus: Filip Čović or Anthony Clemmons? That’s the question ahead of Round 20 opener in Belgrade! Both of them can be considered key players for their teams, as they are both second-leading scorers and top passers of their respective squads. While Čović is averaging 11.7 points and 6.9 assists per game in the ABA League, Clemmons is averaging 11.2 points and 4.1 assists. How will it be this time?

Head to head in the regional league: In total 5:4; In Belgrade 3:1.
