After a dramatic ending of the game, Pelister-Bitola have prevailed over Borac WWIN in Pecara Sports Hall in Široki Brijeg, to grab their 5th win of the season. With this win the Bitola squad have tied themselves with Borac WWIN in the standings and both of the two squads remain in the battle for the Playoffs with 2 rounds to go in the Regular Season.
It has been a game with several ups and downs, that could have gone either way all until the end. With 2 minutes left in the game, Borac WWIN have still been in front by 5 points (67:72), but that’s when Pelister-Bitola came up with a 6:0 run over the next 2 minutes and a half, crowned by the key three-pointer by Aleksandar Kostoski, which gave his team the 73:72 lead with 39 seconds to go. As it turned out, neither of the two squads managed to score afterwards again and Pelister-Bitola celebrated.
