Sutjeska Elektroprivreda scored a very important win as they defeated Pelister-Bitola in a thrilling ending.
The winner of this match was decided in the final 30 seconds. At the score of 78:78, Vladimir Tomašević scored one of out two free throws to put Sutjeska Elektroprivreda back in front – 79:78. And, as it turned out, that one free throw he scored brought the win to his team as in the following play Pelister-Bitola missed their chance to take the victory.
Pelister-Bitola point guard Daishon Knight pulled up for a jumper in the dying seconds of the game, but his shot did not go through the basket and the score remained 79:78 for Sutjeska Elektroprivreda.
The boys from Nikšić have therefore stayed in the Playoffs race. Sutjeska Elektroprivreda are now tied with Pelister-Bitola and Cedevita Junior on the standings as all three teams have the overall score of 4-6 and they are sharing the 8th place. Recall that there are just 3 rounds remaining to be played in the regular season.
