Dontay Caruthers sets new league record for steals as Široki beat Vojvodina

Široki presented a powerful performance in the match against Vojvodina, grabbing their 8th win of the season along the way.
Apart from a convincing win that keeps Široki in the race for the top 4 spots, this game will also stay remembered by a stunning achievement made by Široki player Dontay Caruthers who set the new league record for the most steals made in a single game by one player.
Caruthers made 8 steals today and therefore broke the previous record of 7 steals that was held by four players - Mitchell Kwamain, Woodard James, Magdevski Andrej and Bratož Domen.
Caruthers finished this match with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 8 steals which brought him the index rating of 29.
