Sutjeska have scored a very valuable win as they defeated their local rivals Podgorica in Round 7 of the 2021/22 ABA League 2 regular season.
The key moments in this game happened in the middle of the 4th quarter when Sutjeska made the crucial 7:0 run to increase their lead from 60:58 to 67:58.
Podgorica did try to make a shocking comeback in the final moments and they managed to reduce the gap to just 4 points – 67:63, but they were stopped by Radosav Spasojević who made a 2-pointer right at the start of the last minute to seal the win for Sutjeska – 69:63.
Sutjeska now have the overall score of 4-3 and they are in the Playoffs zone, while Podgorica dropped to 2-5 after suffering their 4th consecutive defeat in this season.
