Podgorica have started their ABA League 2 season victoriously, after prevailing over MZT Skopje Aerodrom in Zlatibor.
The ABA League 2 newcomers of Podgorica have scored their maiden win in the regional competition with style, as they have edged out MZT Skopje Aerodrom thanks to their late game comeback. MZT have been slightly in front for the majority of the game and their last lead was recorded with minute and a half left in the game, as they have been up 70:69. However, over the next minute, Podgorica went on a 4:0 run and turned the game their way (70:73). After that, MZT haven’t managed to turn it around again and Podgorica were victorious
The final score of the clash was 72:74 and for sure one to remember for Podgorica.
