Sarajevo defeated Sutjeska Elektroprivreda on the road and qualified for the Top 8 of the 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 season.
The hero of the match was Bosna Visit Sarajevo guard Jarrod West II who scored 3 consecutive 3-pointers in the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter to win the match and the precious Top 8 ticket for his team.
The two teams were all tied at 63:63, with 2 minutes left to be played, while then West II single-handedly made the key 9:3 run that put the visitors up by six - 72:66.
Interesting enough, West II had scored just 3 points before making those 3 threes in a row.
Bosna Visit Sarajevo have therefore seized the 2nd place in Group B and, most importantly, they have clinched the last remaining ticket for the Top 8 phase. On the other side, Sutjeska Elektroprivreda have finished their 2024/25 NLB ABA League campaign as they took the 3rd place in the group.
