Joker have scored their 3rd consecutive win in the 2024/25 NLB ABA League 2 regular season as they defeated Pelister-Bitola on the road.

The Sombor troops could not have wished for a better start of their first ever NLB ABA League 2 campaign! After beating Podgorica and Široki TT Kabeli in the opening two weeks of the new season, Joker have continued with outstanding form as they triumphed against Pelister-Bitola on the road in Round 3 .

The visiting side gained the lead in the 3^rd quarter which they won by 25:16 to create a 6-point gap ahead of the final 10 minutes of the game – 60:54.

And, Joker has remained in front until the end, mostly thanks to Tomislav Ivošev who scored some key buckets in the 4^th quarter. At the score of 70:67, Ivošev scored a huge two-pointer to start the 5:0 run of his team that pushed the Sombor squad toward an 8-point lead – 75:67. After that, when Pelister-Bitola reduced the gap to just 4 points – 75:71, Ivošev once again stepped up for his team as he made another big two-pointer for 77:71.

Finally, at the score of 77:73 and with less than a minute remaining on the game clock, Ivošev scored two more free throws to once again put his team at a 6-point lead – 79:73.

Joker have therefore improved their season score to 3-0, while Pelister-Bitola are now at 1-2.
