Cedevita Junior beats MZT Skopje Aerodrom in a thriller following OT!

Cedevita Junior recorded their first win of the season following a thrilling game in Zagreb against MZT Skopje Aerodrom. 

MZT Skopje Aerodrom controlled the game for much of the first half, they had a terrific second quarter and took a 10-point lead into the halftime break. The guests from North Macedonia took advantage of the fact they were more experienced than the young Cedevita squad and punished their mistakes, MZT even held a 16-point advantage in the early moments of the third quarter and it seemed like they were on their way to their second win of the season. The young Cedevita squad did not give up, they put up a hard fight in the second half and started to complete the comeback. Cutting into the lead throughout the second half they managed to take control of the lead late in the final quarter but MZT Skopje did not let up and tied up the game and sent it to overtime. In the overtime period, it was very tight but the final 20 seconds were nail-biting, Tomislav Buljan was the hero late in OT for Cedevita Junior, first, he gets the block on the defensive end then hits the game-winner with 1.5 seconds remaining in the game. 

Tomislav Buljan was terrific for Cedevita Junior, scoring 20 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and rejecting 3 shots. Deon Edwin was on fire for MZT Skopje Aerodrom, he dropped 26 points, pulled down 6 rebounds, and stole the ball 4 times.
