After winning the 1st leg by 113:89 at home court, Podgorica have scored another win against Zlatibor Gold Gondola, this time on the away court by 100:93, and therefore advanced to the semi-finals.
Podgorica have therefore won this series 213:182 on aggregate, while now they wait to see whether they will face Vojvodina mts or Sutjeska Elektroprivreda in the semis.
The 2nd leg of this series was close only until the halftime. Podgorica had a 2-point lead at the big break – 47:45, while then the visitors went on the win the 3rd quarter by 33:18 and to therefore extend the gap to 17 points – 80:63.
At that moment it was quite clear that Podgorica would progress to the next stage as on top of their 17-point lead at the end of the 3rd quarter, they also had a 24-point advantage from the first game.
