MZT Skopje Aerodrom have defended their 16-point advantage from Game 1 of the NLB ABA League 2 Quarterfinals on the road in Široki Brijeg and advanced to the Semi-finals of the competition.

MZT Skopje Aerodrom have defended their 16-point advantage from Game 1 of the NLB ABA League 2 Quarterfinals on the road in Široki Brijeg and advanced to the Semi-finals of the competition.
The Skopje squad will be facing Spartak Office Shoes in the Semi-finals of the second-tier regional club competition.
The game in Pecara was full of ups and downs. The hosts, that started the game with a 16-point deficit have created themselves an 11-point lead in the opening half and just when it seemed like we would be watching a dramatic second half in which perhaps the question of which team advances would be solved in the final minutes, MZT Skopje Aerodrom dominated the court in the third quarter to make it an even game again.
In the end, Široki TT Kabeli prevailed with a score of 70:68, but MZT Skopje Aerodrom advance to the Semi-finals with a 153:139 score on aggregate in their favour.
