Borac Banja Luka have opened the new 2021/22 ABA League 2 season with a convincing win over Široki.
The squad coach by Dragan Nikolić could not have wished for a better start of the new season. Borac demonstrated a really powerful performance in the match against their fierce rivals Široki as they dominated the court for 3/4 of this game.
Borac’s new point guard Diante Baldwin led the Banja Luka troops toward the win in this match as he scored 18 points in his ABA League 2 debut. Also, we have to mention the performance of Srđan Gavrić who made 5 three-pointers today for Borac.
On the other side, Široki can’t be happy with the way they started the new season. They had only two players with double figures in this match - Ive Ivanov scored 15 points, while Luka Božić made 13 points.
