The 2021/22 ABA League 2 season will officially begin next week with the tournament in Zlatibor which will take place from Monday, October 11 to Friday, October 15.

The 2021/22 ABA League 2 season will officially begin next week with the tournament in Zlatibor which will take place from Monday, October 11 to Friday, October 15.
The Zlatibor tournament is the 1st out of 5 tournaments that will be played in the 2021/22 ABA League 2 regular season and it will consist of the opening two rounds of the new season.
Recall that a total number of 14 teams will participate in the 2021/22 ABA League 2 championship, and those teams are: Borac Banja Luka, Helios Suns, Lovćen 1947, Mladost Maxbet, MZT Skopje Aerodrom, Pelister-Bitola, Podgorica, Rogaška, Široki, Spars, Sutjeska, Vojvodina, Vrijednosnice Osijek and Zlatibor.
The regular season will be played in 13 rounds, divided in five tournaments, where each team will face each other once. The 8 best-placed teams at the end of the regular season will secure themselves a spot in the Playoffs.
The dates and hosts of the ABA League 2 tournaments for the 2021/22 season are:
1st tournament (2 rounds) - Zlatibor: 11.10.2021. - 15.10.2021.
2nd tournament (2 rounds) - Osijek : 08.11.2021. - 12.11.2021.
3rd tournament (3 rounds) - Sarajevo: 13.12.2021. - 19.12.2021.
4th tournament (3 rounds) - Banja Luka: 17.01.2022. - 23.01.2022.
5th tournament (3 rounds): - Široki Brijeg: 21.03.2022. - 27.03.2022.
