Story of the game: In the Sunday matinee, Mega Basket will be hosting Krka in a battle of two squads that stand in the middle of the AdmiralBet ABA League standings with one win and one defeat on their records each.
Mega Basket have started their 2021/22 AdmiralBet ABA League campaign with honour, completely outgunning newcomers SC Derby at home in Belgrade, but then suffered a defeat in Round 2, on the road in Zagreb against Cibona.
Krka have had a different journey, as they have suffered a blowout defeat in Round 1 on the road against Cedevita Olimpija, but have then made a giant leap in the second round of the season, as they have bounced back and beaten Mornar-Barsko zlato at home in Novo mesto.
The question now is whether Mega Basket will succeed in keeping their home court of Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall undefeated, or will Krka win their first game on the road.
