Široki beat Borac Banja Luka to get back on the winning track
Široki have scored a very valuable win as they defeated Borac Banja Luka in Round 6 of the 2020/21 ABA League 2 regular season.

Široki have scored a very valuable win as they defeated Borac Banja Luka in Round 6 of the 2020/21 ABA League 2 regular season. The boys from Široki Brijeg have therefore bounced back on their feet after that shocking defeat against Podgorica in the previous round, while this win will means that they are back in the race for the Playoffs.
Everything in this game was decided in the final 5 minutes. Široki were up by 68:65 in the middle of the 4th quarter, while then they made the crucial 7:0 run to escape on a double-digit lead – 75:65. It must be mentioned that during those final 5 minutes Borac scored just 2 points and they came on 15 seconds before the end, when the winner has already been decided.
Široki now have the overall score of 2-4, while Borac are on 3-3.
