Battle for the 1st place - Borac vs. MZT

It's time for another ABA 2 week, while all 6 games of Round 15 will be played on Thursday.

This ABA 2 week is quite special, because it brings us the big derby - Borac vs. MZT Skopje Aerodrom. It is enough just to write that these two teams are currently leading the race in the championship - Borac are holding the top of the table with the overall score of 12-2, while MZT Skopje Aerodrom are just behind with the score of 11-3. In the first part of the season, MZT defeated Borac in Skopje by 76:69.

Novi Pazar (5-9) have broken their 4-game losing streak by defeating Helios Suns last week, while now they will host another team who is trying very hard to reach the Playoffs - Široki (9-5). The visitors are coming to Novi Pazar full of confidence as they have won the last 4 games in the season.

Helios Suns (7-7) will face Lovćen 1947 Bemax (6-8), while both sides will try to improve their latest results which were not really the best. Helios Suns have won just 1 game out of the previous 5 rounds, while Lovćen 1947 Bemax have scored 2 wins in the same time period.

Split (6-8) still have chances to reach the ABA 2 Playoffs, but in order to do that they will have to keep winning at home court. The Yellow crew have so far scored 6 wins out of the 7 home-court games and in the following round they will host Sloboda (4-10), who have lost all 7 away games so far in the season.

In the clash between Dynamic VIP PAY (6-8) and Rogaška (8-6), each side will try to get back on the winning track, as both of them lost the previous 2 games in the league. And the upcoming match is quite important for both Dynamic VIP PAY and Rogaška as they are trying to reach the ABA 2 Playoffs.

Finally, in the last match of the round Sutjeska (8-6) will host Spars Realway (2-12). There is no doubt that Sutjeska are the clear favorites in this clash, however you should have in mind that Spars defeated no other than league's top-placed team Borac last week.
