It’s time for another ABA 2 week!

There is one more ABA 2 game to be played in 2019 and it will be the opening match of Round 14 in which Spars Realway (1-12) will host Borac (12-1). It’s the clash between the last placed and the first placed team on the standings, so it is quite clear that the visitors are the favorites in the upcoming match. However, Spars Realway made a coach change over the past week and that usually brings some positive things for the team. We are about to see will that be enough for Spars Realway troops to stun the best team in the league.

The other five games of Round 14 will be played on Thursday, January 2.

The match of the round will be played in Rogaška Slatina where Rogaška (8-5) are about to face MZT Skopje Aerodrom (10-3). Both teams are currently placed in the Playoffs zone which is why everyone expects to watch a thrilling game. In the first part of the season MZT Skopje Aerodrom scored a convincing win against Rogaška at home court – 74:54.

Two weeks ago Lovćen 1947 Bemax (5-8) suffered their very first defeat at home court in the ongoing season, while they will try to get back on the winning track in the match against Split (6-7). The good news for the hosts is that Split have lost all of their previous 6 road games in this season.

Novi Pazar (4-9) will try to end their 4-game losing streak in the ABA 2 league in the home game against Helios Suns (7-6). The visitors are just outside of the Playoffs zone, which is why the upcoming match is very important for them, but they have scored just 1 single win on the road so far in the 2019/20 ABA 2 campaign.

Sloboda (3-10) have scored some big wins at home court in this season including the ones against Široki and Split, while now they will try to stun another team who is fighting for the Playoffs – Sutjeska (8-5). Still, it must be mentioned that the boys from Nikšić are coming to Tuzla in a good form, as they have scored 3 wins out of the last 4 games.

In the last game of the round, Dynamic VIP PAY (6-7) will host Široki (8-5). The Belgrade troops are pretty good when playing at home court as they have won 5 out of 6 home games so far in the season. Still, the visitors from Široki Brijeg are on a 3-game winning streak in ABA 2 and they are not planning to stop there.
