Round 4 is just around the corner - Get ready for the big match in Skopje

Another ABA 2 week is in front of us!

The opening match of Round 4 will be played on Tuesday evening when Rogaška will host Dynamic VIP PAY. Both sides have scored per one win so far in the ongoing season, while they are all tied in their head-to-head ABA 2 score. Dynamic VIP PAY defeated Rogaška two times in the 2018/19 campaign, while Rogaška triumphed in both games in the 2017/18 season.

The other five games of Round 4 are scheduled for Wednesday evening.

Of course the main event of this week in ABA 2 is the clash between the only two undefeated teams so far in the season – MZT Skopje Aerodrom and Borac. The match will be played in Skopje where Borac suffered a pretty heavy defeat last season as MZT triumphed by 82:57. Still, this is a totally different game and each side will be fully motivated to take the precious win and therefore remain all alone at the top of the standings.

League newcomers Sloboda Tuzla will host Split in attempt to score their first win in the ABA League 2. Still, the hosts won’t have an easy task, as the visitors have proven to be one of the best teams in the league. Split have scored 2 wins out of the previous 3 rounds and they now want to improve that score even more.

People are still talking about that amazing atmosphere created by Lovćen 1947 Bemax fans two weeks ago in the match against Sutjeska, while now the red squad returns to their gym where they will host Helios Suns. Lovćen 1947 Bemax will try to stay undefeated at home court, while Helios Suns want to take their first away win in the ongoing season. Only one of them can fulfill their plans.

Spars will host Sutjeska this week and the home team will try to bounce back after suffering three consecutive defeats at the start of the new season. On the other side, Sutjeska have had a pretty good start as they scored two wins in the previous three rounds.

In the last match of Round 4, Široki will face Novi Pazar in the clash of two league newcomers. Široki is probably one of the most pleasant surprises so far in the season as they have already scored two wins in the league. Last week their home gym Pecara Sports Hall was almost fully packed, while it is expected that the boys from Široki Brijeg will once again have huge support from the stands. At the same time, Novi Pazar are currently at the score 1-2 as they lost both of their previous two away games. However, in each of those two games Novi Pazar was very close to stun their hosts, so it is only a matter of time when they will take their first away win.
