Vršac became the 1st team to score win in ABA League 2
Vršac scored a huge win in the opening game of the 2017/18 ABA League 2 season as they defeated Bosna Royal on the road.

It is always exciting in ABA League 1 and it seems that it will be no different in ABA League 2! In the first ever match played in ABA League 2, Vršac defeated Bosna Royal on the road after a thrilling ending. Therefore, it will stay written that Vršac was the first team to score win in this competition.
The key moment in this match happened on 20 seconds before the end. It was 80:77 for Vršac, but Bosna had the ball-possesion. Miroslav Pašajlić wanted to tie the score, he pulled up for a 3-pointer, but he missed the shot. On the other side, Vršac scored on a fastbreak and definitely secured the triupmh.
The best player in the winning team was Dušan Kutlešić who scored 20 points and had 6 rebounds. As far as home team is concerned, Devon Walker had a pretty good game, as he had 18 points and 6 rebounds.
