Two medals and 4th place for ABA League countries

Montenegro won silver, while Serbia claimed bronze at the U16 FIBA EuroBasket 2017.

More basketball medals for our region! Montenegro won silver medal at the U16 FIBA EuroBasket 2017. They got defeated in the tournament finals against France by 68:75, but still this is a great result for Montenegrin basketball.

Bojan Tomašević and Jovan Kljajić scored 20 points each for Montenegro in the final match.

At the same time Serbia won the bronze medal, as they defeated Croatia by 76:71 in the 3rd place match at the U16 FIBA EuroBasket 2017.

Djordje Pažin scored 22 points for Serbia, while Aleksandar Langović added 17 points for the winning team. On the other side Roko Gizdavić made 16 points, while Matej Bošnjak scored 15 points for Croatia.

Slovenia finished the U16 FIBA EuroBasket 2017 at the 10th place.
