Michael Cobbins inks contract with Split
The Yellow squad add another foreign player to their 2018/19 roster.

It is official! Split announced that they have signed a contract with American forward Michael Cobbins. This 26-year old player spent the previous season in NBA G league, where he played for Oklahoma City Blue and for Capital City Go-Go. Before that he played for two European clubs – German side s.Oliver Würzburg and Greek team Apollon Patras.
“I believe that we can make big things in the following season and I will do my best to help the team achieve as many wins as possible,” said Cobbins.

Michael Cobbins, 26-godišnji centar iz Amarilla (Teksas) novi je igrač Splita. Cobbins je u Europi igrao za grčki Apollon Patras i njemački Würzburg, a u SAD-u je u G-ligi, 203 cm visoki centar, nosio dres Oklahoma City Bluea te Capital Cityja.
- Vjerujem da ove sezone možemo napraviti velike stvari, učinit ću sve kako bih dao svoj doprinos momčadi da ostvari što više pobjeda - rekao je Cobbins prije polijetanja iz SAD-a.
