Krka are back in the ABA League
Krka are the first ever champions of the ABA League 2 and the Novo mesto squad have returned to the ABA League first division, after they have beaten Sixt Primorska in the final game of the Final Four tournament.

ABA League 2 Final, Wednesday, 4.4.2018:
KRKA – Sixt Primorska 87:73 (31:29, 16:16, 21:9, 19:19)
Krka are back to where they have played in the past few seasons, as they have beaten Sixt Primorska in the final game of the Final Four tournament and returned to the ABA League first division!
The Novo mesto side have made their comeback to the elite division of the regional basketball completely deservedly, as they have been in front for the entire final game and have easily won the game in the end with the score of 87:73.
With four points remaining in the third quarter, it was still a two-sided contest, as Krka led by 5 points (59:54), but then then the squad led by Simon Petrov from the bench have created a 13:0 run over the next five minutes and decided the flow of the game. The score was 72:54 with 9 points remaining and the comeback for Sixt Primorska was a mission impossible.
