It’s time for Round 8!

Are you ready for another exciting week in ABA League 2? It’s time for Round 8! 

Everything will start on Tuesday evening, while in the two opening games of the round Spars will face Rogaška and Lovćen 1947 will play against Zrinjski.

We have already talked a lot about a great season opening made by Spars crew. They currently have the overall score of 5-2, while they would have had even a better score if they had not suffered that unlucky defeat in the last round against Dynamic VIP PAY. Still, this might be a perfect chance for them to get back on the winning track, as they are facing Rogaška, a team who has lost all 4 away games so far in the season. We are about to see if the boys from Rogaška Slatina will finally manage to take the 2 points on the away court.

Lovćen have always played good at home court where they have already scored 3 wins in this season. And now, they will host Zrinjski, who have suffered all 3 defeats on the road so far in the championship.

Later on Tuesday, Helios Suns will host Sutjeska. The home side made a major change over the past weekend, as they parted ways with head coach Jovan Beader and appointed Dejan Jakara to lead the team. They hope that Jakara may improve the team results, as Helios Suns currently have the overall score of 2-5. On the other side, Sutjeska are at 4-3 and they have already seized 2 away wins so far in the season.

The last match of the day will be a local derby between Borac and Vršac. Both sides are currently placed in the bottom part of the standings and that is something they want to change as soon as possible. That’s why we expect a big battle in Čačak on Tuesday evening.
