Sixt Primorska qualified for the ABA League 2

Sixt Primorska is the last participating team of the second division of the ABA League, after they have beaten Sutjeska in the decisive game of the third round of the qualifying tournament in Laktaši.

In Laktaši, the fans witnessed two completely different half times. In the first one, Sixt Primorska quickly took control and kept increasing their lead from the beginning of the game until the half time’s very end, when they were up with te score of 57:39.

However, as the teams returned from the locker rooms, Sutjeska looked like a completely different, reborn team and cut their deficit to only four points midway through the last quarter. However, the Koper squad managed to hold on to their lead until the end, when they have celebrated with the final score of 86:78.

In the last match of the ABA League 2 Qualifying Tournament Vršac defeated Široki and therefore finished the competition with the maximum score of 3 wins out of 3 games. 

The man of the match was Vršac youngster Miloš Glišić who made 17 points and 7 rebounds. His overall index rating was 29!

Recall that Vršac and Sixt Primorska qualified for the 2017/18 ABA League 2 season.
