Vršac beat Sutjeska and qualify for 2017/18 ABA League 2 season

ABA League 2 Qualifying Tournament, Thursday, 28.9.2017:
VRŠAC - Sutjeska 77:62 (22:12, 24:12, 11:15, 20:23)
After beating Sutjeska in the 2nd round of the ABA League 2 Qualifying Tournament, Vršac have officially won the 1st place in the competition, which means that they have qualified for the 2017/18 ABA League 2 season.
Vršac dominated the match from the very start. They were up by 10 points after the 1st quarter - 22:12, while they have increased the lead significantly until the halftime - 46:24. As you can see by the final score, Vršac had no problems keeping the lead in the rest of the match.
So, Vršac have booked a ticket for the 2017/18 ABA League 2 journey, while the final season ticket will go to the winner of the match Sutjeska - Sixt Primorska. That game is scheduled for Friday, September 29.
SIXT PRIMORSKA – Široki 81:69 (23:23, 20:11, 20:16, 18:19)
In the first game of the second round of the ABA League Qualifiers in Laktaši, Sixt Primorska have demonstrated their strength by outplaying Široki.
It has been anybody's game until the middle of the second quarter, but then the Koper side pulled away and led by 9 points (43:34) already at half time. By the end of the third, they have increased their advantage to 13 points and have finally celebrated a victory in the end with the final score of . Primorska now have one victory after two games played, while Široki remain winless.
